Ride Oside's Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ride Oside! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, purchasing products or services, or booking rentals. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.


1. General Use

This website is operated by Ride Oside, located in Oceanside, California. By accessing this site or conducting any transactions, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.


2. Product Sales

We sell electric bikes, electric scooters, and accessories. All pricing, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or at our discretion.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • California In-State Delivery: $99–$150 based on distance from our Oceanside location. Delivery times vary.
  • Out-of-State Shipping (Lower 48 States, Excluding CA): Flat rate of $199 per item.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Ride Oside is not responsible for carrier delays or shipping disruptions caused by external factors.


4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless stated otherwise. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used equipment. If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 business days. For rental-related refunds or rescheduling, please refer to our Rental Terms.


5. Rental Terms

Customers who rent electric bikes or scooters must agree to and sign a Rental Agreement. All riders must follow local laws and wear required safety gear. Only eligible users may operate the vehicles. Misuse, negligence, or illegal use may result in additional charges or denied service.


6. Safety Courses

We offer free safety courses with all purchases of electric bikes and scooters. These sessions are designed to ensure you are confident, informed, and comfortable before riding.

By participating in a safety course, you agree to:

  • Follow all instructor guidance and safety protocols.
  • Acknowledge that participation is voluntary and done at your own risk.

Ride Oside is not liable for injuries sustained during or after a safety course.


7. Gift Cards

Ride Oside gift cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed toward any product or service offered in-store or online.

Gift Card Terms:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Expiration and usage limitations may apply depending on promotion or value.
  • Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.


8. Financing with Affirm

We offer financing through Affirm. By choosing Affirm at checkout, you agree to their terms and conditions, available at https://www.affirm.com/terms. All financing is subject to credit approval.


9. Safety Disclaimer

Electric bike and scooter use carries inherent risks. By purchasing or renting from Ride Oside, you accept full responsibility for your safety and agree to ride responsibly, wear safety gear, and follow all applicable laws. Ride Oside is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ride Oside is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website, products, services, or rentals.

12. Changes to These Terms
